Liz

Liz

Client Service Representative

Elizabeth joined the River Valley Animal Hospital team as a Customer Service Representative in August of 2020. One of her earliest memories is the excitement she felt at the age of four when she was lucky enough to help her great-grandpa feed the chickens and pigs. Although one of the biggest pigs bit her “life-size” doll’s middle finger completely off, it was not enough to deter her love. Her dream pet is a micro-pig!

After two years of undergraduate business study at UofA Fayetteville and four years of undergraduate geology study at UofA Fort Smith, she realized her real passion for animals was still calling her towards her life’s purpose. She has just begun chasing her dream, which brought her here to RVAH. Her goal is to become an animal rehabilitator. She loves the feeling of releasing a once injured animal back into the wild, happy, and healthy after an injury.

Elizabeth’s favorite animals include the majestic elephant and large lizards, such as water monitors and komodo dragons. She also has a dangerous fascination with alligators, which she encountered personally in the National Everglades of Florida. She is currently owned by two large cats, a spoiled ball python, and four happy fish. She is excited to begin a new journey here at RVAH and learn as much as she can.

She is owned by 4 animals: her kitty, Popoki, who traveled with her all the way from Colorado, and her 3 canine companions; Loki, Lola and Scooby.

After highschool she ran with another quadrille called the 4:13 Riders, and although she doesn’t rodeo anymore, she still has horses in her life and couldn’t imagine her life without them!

Heather is extremely supportive of rescue/adoption and especially spaying/neutering for pet population control and health. She is obsessed with corgis, thanks to a little dog named Bitty, and now has a whole gaggle of rescue Corgis!
